We want your time with us to be exceptional, to ensure everything flows smoothly for your visit, we have set policies in place to make sure that happens!
Our specialty & service policy
At our salon, we specialize in low-maintenance dimensional color that enhances your natural beauty and grows out seamlessly. We focus on creating personalized, lived-in color that fits your lifestyle and keeps your hair healthy and beautiful!
Please note that we do not offer certain services, including global bleach applications, vivid/fashion colors, or haircutting services for hair shorter than chin-length, as these fall outside of our specialty.
We are committed to providing a respectful and professional environment for both clients and stylists. As such, we reserve the right to refuse service at any time if a request falls outside of our professional scope.
CLient Correspondence
Communication regarding scheduling, cancellations, and any appointment adjustments will be responded to via text, email, or voicemails left during our office hours.

Monday 9am-4pm
Tuesday 9am-7pm
Wednesday 9am-5pm
Thursday 9am-4pm
Friday 9am- 5pm
Saturday (every other) 9am- 4pm
Sunday Closed
Any messages left on Fridays after 5pm, the Saturdays we are closed, and Sundays will be answered the following Monday.
*Communication regarding rescheduling/cancellations due to sickness or family emergencies will be monitored and responded to promptly during non-office hours as an exception.
ADDITIONAL GUEST POLICY
EFFECTIVE 10/1/2024.
In order to create a relaxing environment with respect to our limited space, we ask that you attend your appointments without any additional guests/children.
*excludes parent/guardian accompanying appointments scheduled for minors.

LATE ARRIVAL
Your time is incredibly valuable to us, and we are committed to providing an exceptional, unhurried experience at every visit.
If you find yourself running behind, please call or text us so we can thoughtfully adjust your appointment. We will always do our best to accommodate you. Should your arrival time limit our ability to complete your full service, we may need to tailor portions of your appointment to ensure we remain on schedule for all guests.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time may require rescheduling and will incur a $50 rebooking fee.
Out of respect for you, we hold our stylists to the same standard. If your stylist is ever delayed, we will communicate promptly and make the necessary adjustments to honor your time and experience.

Service Guarantee
We want you to be happy and satisfied with your services. Therefore, we do ask that you reach out to us within 7 days of your service(s) for any changes that you may require. We are happy for the opportunity to make things right for you, complimentary.
We do not offer refunds of completed services.
Product Guarantee
We offer full exchanges on all product purchases as long as it hasn’t been used more than 3 times. It is important to us that you have the correct haircare products. We do not wish to add to the product graveyard that exists under many bathroom sinks. We encourage you to bring in any item that is not meeting your expectations and we will replace it with something that better suits your needs.
Product Policy
For the safety of our clients and the quality of our services, Sparrow Salon does not permit the use of outside products brought into the salon. We exclusively use professional products purchased through our trusted manufacturers, ensuring every formula meets our standards for performance, consistency, and safety.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in services provided. Gratuities are never expected but always appreciated and we thank you for your thoughtfulness.
